This Privacy Policy applies to Bantaba Partner on partner.gambantaba.com — the dashboard for tour companies, hotels, apartment hosts, and guides listing on Bantaba.
Information we collect
- Account email and password, and profile details (names, company, tax number, bio, branding).
- Listing content: excursions, rooms, prices, photos, and availability.
- Guest booking details needed to run the service you sold.
- Payout and wallet information.
How we use it
To operate your Partner account, publish listings to travelers on gambantaba.com, process bookings and payouts, verify businesses, and support you. We do not sell partner data.
Guest data
When a traveler books with you, you receive guest names and contact details solely to deliver that booking. You must not use guest data for unrelated marketing.

Security

Company Admin can update this document at any time. The published copy on Bantaba is the current version, with a last-updated date. We encourage you to read it when you create an account and when you sign in.
Governing law
These documents are governed by the laws of The Gambia. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits rights that Gambian law does not allow you to waive.
