These Terms govern Bantaba Partner. By creating a partner account you agree to them.
Your listings
You must have the right to sell the tours, rooms, or guide services you list. Keep prices, dates, meeting points, and cancellation rules accurate. Bantaba may remove listings that mislead travelers.
Bookings
A confirmed, paid booking must be honoured. If you cannot deliver, contact the traveler through Bantaba and partners@gambantaba.com immediately so we can help with a refund or alternative.
Commission and payouts
Bantaba charges the commission shown in your dashboard. Net amounts settle to your partner wallet and payout methods. Do not ask travelers to pay outside Bantaba for a Bantaba booking.
Account
Keep login details secret. You are responsible for staff who use the Partner dashboard. Bantaba may suspend a partner for fraud, safety issues, or repeated no-shows.
Contact
Security
We protect Bantaba with HTTPS, access controls, and staff access limited to what is needed to run the platform. No system is perfect. If you suspect unauthorised use of an account, contact partners@gambantaba.com immediately.
Changes
Company Admin can update this document at any time. The published copy on Bantaba is the current version, with a last-updated date. We encourage you to read it when you create an account and when you sign in.
Governing law
These documents are governed by the laws of The Gambia. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits rights that Gambian law does not allow you to waive.
